William Joe Walton

Korean War Veteran, US Army, Walton, William Joe, age 86 passed away October 29, 2022 in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.  He was born November 5, 1935 in Lebanon, Indiana to the late Garland Stanley & Lenora Lucille (nee King) Walton.  Devoted husband of Kathryn L. Walton.  Loving father of Brenda Walton (Craig) Spencer, Katharine Walton (Brad) Rost, Margaux Walton (Paul) Kiley.  Step-father of Jennifer (Jason) Lynch.  Cherished grandfather of Lesli Spencer (Daniel) McGuire, Holli (Trevor) Markowicz, Sloane, Odin & Rex Rost, Harper & Leo Kiley.  Step-Grandfather of Gabriel, Elijah & Brennan Lynch and Josh & Kaleigh Decker.  Great-Grandfather of Micah McGuire.  Bill graduated from Howe High School and enjoyed a successful 30+ year sales management career at EcoLab until retiring and starting the successful ELS staffing agency. Family will receive friends for military honors 12 Noon followed by a graveside service starting at 12:15 PM on Saturday November 12, 2022 at Pierce Township Cemetery, 950 Locust Corner Rd.
