Terry R Liechte

Terry R. Liechte, resident of Union Township, passed away on Aug. 21, 2022 at the age of 75. 

He was  born March 28, 1947 in Bellevue, KY to Robert Leonard and Evelyn Marie (nee Sweeney) Liechte. He was 1 of 5 children Robert and Evelyn had, the others being Jim Liechte, Karen (Tom) Everson, Pam (Danny) Morris, and the late Patricia "Pat" (surviving Forrest) Bailey.

Terry was the beloved husband of Judy (nee Williams) for 50 years. They married on August 11, 1972 and had three daughters, Jessica (Ben) Evans, Stephanie (Rob) Hughes, and Shannon (Jake) Linder. They would give him 8 grandchildren, Bella, Caden, Ava, Ruthie, Hayden, Miles, Henry, and Rylan. 

He was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. 

As a lifelong educator, he strived for knowledge, obtaining degrees at Ohio University, University of Cincinnati, and finally his Masters at Xavier University. He taught at UC Clermont, but also created a computer programming course for training employees at Cincinnati Bell. He loved watching old movies, and collecting notable antique items. He was also a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish (IHM).

Services will be at the convenience of the family, with interment at Pierce Township Cemetery.
