Collins, Teddy D. II went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 12, 2022 in Milford , Ohio at the age of 52.  He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on February 03, 1970 to his loving parents Teddy D. Collins. and Robin M. Collins (nee Dempsey).  Loving Father of Ansley D. Collins and Nathen C. Collins.  Cherished brother of Elizabeth D. Casey, LaDonna L. Oakley and Connie R. (Jason) Plave.  Uncle of Patrick, Brendan, Preston, Avery, Megan, Lauren, Isabelle, and Isaac.  Family will receive family and friends Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11 AM to time of service 1 PM at Moore Family Funeral Home, 225 Spring Street, Batavia, Ohio.  Interment Concord Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to American Diabetes Association.
