Sidney E. Vance

VANCE, Sidney E. Resident of Batavia, 5/16/19, peacefully passed at the age of 77. Devoted husband of 46 years to Bonnie (nee Cossins) Vance. Loving father of Sid (Karen) Vance, Bruce (Donna) Vance, Angie Vance and the late Sandi Andreson. Survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sid lived in Batavia for most of his life and was a graduate of Batavia High School. He worked for many years at the Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority. Graveside memorial service will be held at Batavia Union Cemetery on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society or to the American Lung Association.
