Rose Mary Kelly

Rose was born June 28th 1952. She was born in Boston,Ma and traveled all over the world with her mom and dad.She was a military child. She was a loving mother to her son Joey Kelly. Survived by the Lowe family, and Her loving friends that she considered family. She was preceded in death by her loving mother Mary Connelly, loving father George Connelly and her foster mother Darlene Lowe.
