Rodney Richmond

Richmond, Rodney Clayton, passed away January 2, 2023 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 65. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to his late parents Douglas L. and Laura (nee Frohmiller) Richmond. Devoted husband of 42 years to Dorothy (nee Hinkle) Richmond. Loving father of Burt M, (Carrie) Richmond and , Kelly (Brad) VanPelt. Brother of Mary (John) Huckabee, Barbara Hall and the late Douglas Richmond (2001). Grandfather of Ethan Richmond, Carter VanPelt, Emma VanPelt, Andrew Richmond and Lily VanPelt. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Monday, January 9, 2023 from 11 AM until 1 PM time of service at Moore Family Funeral Home, 6708 Main Street Newtown, Ohio 45244. Interment Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, Ohio. Memorial donations maybe made to St Jude. Rodney loved the outdoors especially four wheeling in and around his favorite area of Ravenna, KY. as well as fishing and boating on Lake Cumberland. He also enjoyed Scuba diving in places like Bonaire in the Caribbean Ocean.
