Son of the late Robert E. Hall Jr. and the late Pamela (Ray Troescher) Nordmeyer. Brother of Phillip (Janice) Hall, Christian David Hall, Sr. and Joe (Diane) Gutierrez. Grandson of Irene H. Allen Hall and the late Robert E. Hall, Sr., David Nordmeyer and the late Ethel Williams, Step grandson of Delores Ertel Nordmeyer. Family will receive friends from 10 AM Monday, April 2, 2018 until 12 PM time of service at Ambassador Freewill Baptist Church, 776 Clough Pike, Cincinnati, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to his family to help pay expenses.
