Pamela Sue Haynes

Pamela (Shields-Hodge) Haynes, age 71, passed away on May 14, 2020, in the comfort of her home. Her infectious smile and loving personality will be deeply missed. Pamela was born in Cincinnati, OH 3rd eldest child to Yantes and Geraldine Shields. Pamela married James A. Hodge of Cincinnati, OH in February 1967. After their marriage, she gave birth to two children a daughter Angela J. Hodge-Walters and a son James L. Hodge. Pamela and James were married 26 years when James passed. Pamela was deeply blessed to find love a second time and married Wayne Haynes of Cincinnati, OH on April 18, 1997. She was preceded in death by Yantes Shields (Father), Geraldine Shields (Mother), Robert Shields (Brother), Barbara Shields (Sister), Vicki Lee Shields-Chesko (Sister) and James Hodge (1st Husband). She is survived by Wayne Haynes (Husband), Angela J. Hodge-Walters (Daughter), James L. Hodge (Son), Micheal B. Haynes (Step-Son), Christopher Haynes (Step-Son), Siblings: Margie Jennings, Cathy Bennett, Chuck Shields and Jerry Shields, Grandchildren: Amber Walters, Jacob Lawrence, Troy Walters, Madeline Haynes, Spencer Hodge, Caleb Haynes and Jocelyn Haynes. Numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family members and friends. Pamela will be cremated and her ashes will be placed with her deceased husband. No service will be held. A celebration of life picnic will be scheduled later this summer for all family and friends who wish to attend.
