Mary Jacqueline Horn

Mary Jacqueline Horn (Nee Parrot), age 79 of Cincinnati passed away on June 3, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gillis and Mildred Parrot, her husband, Charles Horn, her son, David James Phelps and Betty Horn. She will be deeply missed by her family, Michelle (Darius) Philips grandsons, Craig and David Phelps, great granddaughter Sadie Jackson Phelps, Candace Schirmer, Ashley Wake, Lindsey and Patty Ann Collins, and Judy Kay Parrot along with many friends. A visitation and funeral service will be held at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 6708 Main Street, Newtown, OH 45244 on June 9th, 2020 beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at Flag Spring Cemetery, Newtown, OH.
