Navy Veteran ADKINS Mark A., age 46, of Milford. Father of Brittney (Cody) Carpenter and Mark Adkins, Jr. Brother of Betty Ann Caskey and Jimmy Adkins. Son of the late Jim and Ailene (nee Sroufe Jarvis) Adkins. Grandfather of Troy and Cole Carpenter. Nephew of Palma (Danny) Owens, Billy Jarvis and Ramona Conley. Also survived by numerous cousins.
