Daughter of Earle and the late Edna Lorraine (nee Dunlap) Kelch. Sister of Earle III, Tony and Justin Kelch. A very loving Aunt. Dec. 18, 2015. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-9 PM at the Moore Family Funeral Home 225 Spring St. Batavia where services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday. Interment in Batavia Union Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Williamsburg Fire and EMS or St. Judes Childrens Foundation or Shriner's Childrens Hospital.
