Lisa Pearl King, 31, passed away at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, June 7, 2021. She was born February 23, 1990, in Bozeman, Montana to Russell and Diana (Funk) King. She is preceded in death by grandparents, Jay and Mary Ellen King, Dale Funk and an uncle, Dan Funk. In addition to her parents Lisa is survived by brothers Daniel (Bridget) King and James King, nieces Eve and Emma King, grandmother Rose Marie Funk, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Lisa graduated from Ball State University in 2013. She has worked in the human resource department for the Kroger Company for the past 7 years.
Lisa enjoyed taking art classes online, painting with watercolors, crocheting, making cards, and numerous other crafts. Her smile, wit, creative talents and bravery will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Visitation will be held Saturday, June 12th from 1 PM until a Casual Celebration of Life from 2 PM until 3 PM at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 6708 Main Street, Newtown, OH 45244. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be directed to Artworks and The Scratching post in Cincinnati.
