Stoll
Kenneth Earl Stoll of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully at the age 78 on July 4, 2020. Beloved husband for fifty-four years of Johnette Stoll (nee Mohn). Loving father of Kenneth (Kelly), Rob (Kimberly), Andrew (Amy), Emily (Erik), and Jacob (Michelle). Devoted grandfather of 11 grandchildren. Dear brother of Allen Stoll, June Phelps, George Stoll, and James Stoll.
Ken graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1964 (English and Latin) and immediately took up his calling: teaching. His teaching career spanned 48 years (Reading 1964-‘66, Milford ’66-83 , Mariemont ‘83-98, Moeller 1998-2011) and profoundly influenced the lives of so many along the way. To this very day students are still making connections of the present world to the days of the Roman past (MOE’s).
Ken will be remembered as a man of intelligence, wisdom, compassion, and humor. He was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather as well as a devoted friend to so many who had the pleasure to know him.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Family Funeral Home, 6708 Main Street, Newtown Ohio 45244.
A funeral mass will take place at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 7820 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45255 Thursday at 10:30 AM.
Interment will immediately follow at Mount Moriah Cemetery, 686 Mt. Moriah Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245.
