Katherine M Young

Katherine M. Young, resident of Mt. Carmel, age 93. Katherine was born April 1, 1927 to Herb Sheetz and Clara Rose. She left to be with the lord January 6, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Albert (Jim) Young. Loving Mother to the late James Young, Robert Young and Kathy Kelly. Cherished Grandma to James Lee Young, Amy Lowe, Jason Kelly, David and Daniel Shimer. Loving Great-Grandma to Jacob and Rachel Lowe, Willow Kelly, and Maddox and Eliana Shimer. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Katherine was a lifetime member of the First Baptist Church of Newtown and is the Greatest Grandma in the World. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021, 1pm, at Batavia Union Cemetery, 4240 Cemetery Lane, Batavia, Ohio 45103.
