Sawyer, Joseph "Harry", 3/20/17, age 90, resident of Union Township. Husband of the late Mary Sawyer. Father of Robert P. (Margaret) Goshorn and Patricia A. (Timothy) Polleys. Brother of Garnetta Kirschgassner, Clayola Franco, Anna Mae and the late Orla Sawyer, Jr. Grandfather of Andrew (Julie) Goshorn, Eric (Leslie) Goshorn, Stephen (Chelsey) Polleys and Robert Polleys. Great-grandfather of Jackson Goshorn, William Goshorn and Brooklynn Goshorn. Harry worked for U.S. Playing Card Company in Norwood for 47 years where he met his wife, Mary Goshorn and they had 45 years of a wonderful loving marriage. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church for 60 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish, loved his classical music, gardening and flowers and to read.
