Joan (nee McDaniel), age 65, resident of Anderson Twp. Beloved wife of 41 years to James Edward Petitt. Loving Mother of Jamie (Alex) Black and Jason Petitt. Dear sister of Helen Faye (Bob) Dawes and the late Bonnie Barrett. Cherished grandmother of Jared, Caitlin, Dylan, Brayden, Morgan and Jackson Black. Family will receive friends Monday, April 2, 2018 from 6 to 9 PM at the First Baptist Church of Newtown where services will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11 AM. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
