(Danielle Widmeyer) Herndon, Lindsey M. (Stephen) Mullins and Jessica (Grahm Webb) Hale. Grandson of Norman & Dianna Durham, Richard and Alice Herndon and Wanda J. Mullins. Nephew of Bruce, Rick (Karen) Durham and great-nephew of Joyce and Dorman Lloyd. Uncle of Abi-Rae, Skylar, Patrick, Samuel, Elliot, Sunnie, Natalie, Bonnie, Cora, Declin. Also survived by numerous other aunts and uncles. Family will receive friends Friday, December 29, 2017 12 PM to time of service 1 PM at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 225 Spring Street, Batavia. Interment Evergreen Cemetery Loveland, Ohio. Memorials may be directed to Ronald McDonald House. Jason was a graduate of Bethel-Tate High School.
