DUGAN James J. “Jay Bird” of Newtown, Age 52. Dear son of Alice Lee (nee Cole) and the late James Julius Dugan. Loving brother of Connie Cox, Sherry Fletcher, Brenda Frasure, Kenneth Dugan and the late Virginia Dugan. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
