James M. Carpenter

James Carpenter, 91, beloved Father, was called to his eternal resting place on June 9, 2018. He entered this world on May 14, 1927 in Manchester, KY, born to Evon and Lula B Smith Carpenter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Fontella (Mitchell) Carpenter. He is survived by his children: Carolyn Taylor, Sandra Muncy, and Shawn Carpenter and wife Sarah. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Brian Muncy, Rob Taylor, Ali Carpenter, Colin Carpenter, Reese Carpenter and Dylan Carpenter. He also leaves behind a brother, Cartis Carpenter and several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends. Funeral Service: 12 pm Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Visitation will be 11 am to 12 pm Thursday at Rest Haven Memorial Park in the Park View Mausoleum.
