Bedinghaus, Sr. , James L., age 83. Father of James L. Bedinghaus, Jr., John R. "Randy" Bedinghaus, Joseph Kevin Bedinghaus, Jon G. Bedinghaus, Jeffrey G. Bedinghaus and Jeron G. Bedinghaus. Brother of Lois Esswein. Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his favorite dog and best friend, Lady. Family will receive friends Saturday 9:30 AM to Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at St. Margaret of Cortona Catholic Church. 6000 Murray Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45227. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. He served as a police officer in many districts in Hamilton and Clermont Counties. James was an alumni of Purcell Marion.
