Hobert Partin

AMELIA - Hobert Partin, October 17, 2021 age 85. Hobert enjoyed 63 years of marriage with his late wife Irene Partin (nee Moore). He was the son of the late William C. and Mary Partin (nee Milton). He is survived by his children, Danny Partin, Debbie (Dave) Stanforth, Terry Partin, Tony (Vicky) Partin, George Partin, Frank Partin, Kathy (Tino) Arizpe and Nate Partin. He was blessed with 13 grandchildren and leaves behind numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and beloved sister Rosella Knox and brother Cecil Partin. During Hobert's life, he enjoyed being a 32nd Degree Mason with the Clermont Social Lodge #29 in 1984. He served the Lodge as Worshipful Master in 1999 and was a Chapter Advisor of Earl F. Stapf Chapter, Order of Demolay. He was awarded the Honorary Legion of Honor in July of 2020. He served alongside Irene as Worthy Patron of the Eastern Stars Celestine Chapter for several years and enjoyed many travel adventures together. He will be loved and missed by many family and friends far and wide. Hobert always had a joke or story to tell you and he never met a stranger! Visitation until time of service will be at Moore Family Funeral Home, 225 Spring Street, Batavia on Saturday, October 23rd from 10:00 to 11:30 EOS Chapter 185 and F&AM Lodge 29 Masonic Service beginning at 11:30. Funeral Services will begin at 12:00. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Hobert's honor may be made to Queen City Hospice.
