Gregory Camillus Wedig

Gregory C. Wedig Sr. of Batavia. Beloved husband of the late Janice S. Wedig (nee Bowling). Loving Father of Gregory C. (Ashley) Wedig Jr., Matthew T. Wedig, and Lisa Bowling. Son of Camille (Thomas) Wedig Reynolds and the late Harold Wedig. Dear Brother of William Wedig, Sandy (Tyjewski), and Sue Clingerman. Awesome Grandfather to Mason Parker Wedig, Jackson Tyler Wedig, Paisley Michelle Wedig, Hailey Dawn Schwab, Brianna Lee Schwab, and Janson Bradlee Maupin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Greg graduated Elder High School and spent six months after figuring out College was not for him. He was known for his love of motorcycles, classic cars, and his rocking beard. He built his dream car, a 1929 Ford Model A, and had a passion for his 1979 Harley Davidson. He lived his life as his favorite band Lynyrd Skynyrd says in their most popular song  "Free as a bird".
