George Raymond Seiler

WW11 Army Air Corps Veteran. SEILER George R., beloved husband of the late Ann (nee Vogel) Seiler, loving father of Stacie Grant (Joseph) and Stephen Seiler (Constance), dear grandfather of Hallie Grant, Lydia Grant, Ashley Schuermann ( Peter), Amanda Gigiano (Kevin), and Alison Seiler. Great-grandfather to Ava Gigiano. Brother to the late Edward ( Ruth) Seiler, Late Eleanor Scheidenberger (late Carl), late Robert Seiler and Albert (late Edith) Seiler. George had a deep love for animals and is survived by his beloved cat Boo, who wandered up on his doorstep and found a home. Served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, worked at Procter and Gamble, and enjoyed his love of travel throughout his life. Passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at the age of 94. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 21 at Moore Family Funeral Home, 6708 Main Street, Newtown, Ohio, 45244. Reception afterward, location to be announced. Burial at Spring Grove Cemetery on Friday, May 22 at 11:00.
