Fontella Carpenter

Fontella Carpenter (nee Mitchell), 86, of Lexington, KY, passed away on December 1, 2013. Fontella was born January 22, 1927. Fontella retired from Ethicon Endo Surgery, her employer for 30yrs. Preceded in death by her parents, Taylor and Letha Mitchell; Brother Russell Mitchell, Sisters Mildred Marcum and Joyce “Jill” Sevier. Left to cherish her memory are Husband James M. Carpenter, Daughters Carolyn Taylor and Sandra Muncy, and Son Shawn Carpenter. Grandchildren Brian Muncy, Rob Taylor, Ali, Colin, Reese and Dylan Carpenter. Sister Patsy Woods, Brothers Lane and Tiboldo Mitchell and numerous relatives and a host of friends. Visitation will be 1pm Thursday , December 5, 2013 at Park View Mausoleum at Rest Haven Memorial Park 10209 Plainfield Rd. Blue Ash, OH with Pastor Morris Thompson officiating, burial service will follow.
