Family will receive family and friends Friday, December 20th from 5PM until 7PM at Moore Family Funeral Home, 225 Spring Street, Batavia, OH. Interment in Mountain View, Missouri at a future date. Norman worked for Home City Ice. Memorials may be donated to Moore Family Funeral Homes to offset funeral costs.
