Evelyn Renner

AMELIA - Renner, Evelyn "Janie" passed away on January 23nd, 2024 at the age of 65. She was born on January 17th, 1959 to parents Jim Piening and Edna (nee Deck) Piening. Evelyn was the loving mother of Brian (Betty Coyle) Schulze, Rachel (John) Watt, and Nathan Renner, and grandmother to Brian Schulze II and Stephen Schulze. She is also survived by her siblings Chuck (Connie) Pieper, Ed Pieper, Beverly (Eddie) Ferrell, Kathy (Greg) Williams, and Steve Pieper, numerous nieces and nephews, and her longtime friends, Bill Harris and Tim Short. She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Alan (d.2013), and her brother Howard (Gloria) (d.2022).

Evelyn attended Our Lady of Sacred Heart elementary school and Reading high school afterwards. She loved animals, including her dog, Cocoa, and her parrot, Jake. Above all she loved spending time with her family and traveling with them, going to places such as the Bahamas, Alaska, and Florida.

Family will be accepting friends and loved ones for a public visitation, January 29th from 10:00AM until time of service at 11:00AM all at Moore Family Funeral Home - 225 Spring St. Batavia, OH 45103. Burial to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Montgomery - 10209 Plainfield Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241.
