ARMY Veteran Carter, Earl Richard "Bud" resident of Batavia, age 77 yrs. Devoted husband of June Marie Carter (nee Bilby) for 56 yrs. Loving Father of Earl R. "Rick" Carter Jr., Tammy (Kent) Teague and Dwayne (Gladys Eckler) Carter. Brother of JoAnn Riley. Donald (Bonnie) Carter, Dorothy (Chuck) Embry and preceded in death by John Carter Jr., Eddie "Red" Carter and Betty Washington. Grandfather of Tasha (Andy) Teague - Goforth, Sarah Nancy Amiot, Richard and Craig Teague. Great-grandfather of Charlotte Pearl "Just 16 days old" and also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and his best of buddy, Misty. Services will be held 12 Noon Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Moore Family Funeral Home 225 Spring Street Batavia where the family will receive friends Monday, April 20, 2015 from 5 to 8 P.M. Memorials may be directed to Batavia Christmas Fund care of June Carter. Mr. Carter retired from Senco after many years, he served two terms on Batavia Village Council and a member of the Safety Committee.
