Delores Jean Murphy

Delores Jean Murphy, age 84, of Batavia, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home on May 5, 2020. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, James E. Murphy, and their three children, Pamela (Dave) Gardner, Deborah (Dennis) Vance, and Jim (Shannon) Murphy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; David (Michelle) Gardner, Jamie (Jim) Brown, Jill (Bill) Maas, Darak (Pam) Gardner, Dennis (Stefanie) Vance Jr., Jason Vance, Hailley Hurley, Leah Vance and Trista Vance and seventeen great grandchildren; Robert, Cody, Jackie, Caroline, Cooper, Parker, Sammy, Morgan, David (Trey), Ethan, Brady, Chayse, Shawn Jr., Haiden, Tayah, Taylor and Dennis (Trey). She was always proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and their many accomplishments. She was most excited to hear about how each played in extracurricular activities and enjoyed watching them throughout the years as she could. Due to the COVD-19 mandate a private family service will be held at Moore Family Funeral Homes. Interment will take place at Batavia Union Cemetery.
