Charles N. Moore

Charles Nelson Moore, "Charlie", 70, beloved Father, Grandfather and Brother was called to his eternal resting place on December 25, 2024. He entered this world on February 1, 1954 in Mariemont, OH, born to Wesley and Susie Moore. He is survived by his son Christopher Moore (Sarah) and his daughter Melissa Bilby. Charles was preceded in death by his son Charles Nelson Moore II and his wife, Marilyn Moore. He is survived by his Eldest Brother, Paul Wesley Moore. The youngest of six children, He was greatly loved by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends but he will be missed the most by his grandchildren: Alexis, Taylor, Cody, Madison, Christian, Carson, Gabriel, and Grayden. 

Family will receive friends for a memorial visitation Saturday 1/18/25 from 2PM until time of a memorial service 4PM at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 225 Spring St., Batavia.  Following the Ceremony at Moore Family Funeral Home (5:30 or immediately following) please join us at Elevation Community Church Blanchester  for fellowship and food.. Charlie was an Appliance Repair Expert and a gifted mechanic. He loved motorcycles and dreamed of restoring a Classic 442. He faithfully worked at Steinbergs for 29 years until he became the Owner of Charlie's Home Appliance Senter (CHAS) which was operational for 20 years.He was a gifted repair man and if he couldn't fix it, it couldn't be fixed! Charlie was a humble man who lived simply and loved his family. He was a stranger to none and always had a joke and a punchline ready. He was a proud Pomeranian Papa and had the most spoiled pups on the block. He will be greatly missed.
