Charles "Charlie" Alan Miller of Williamsburg, Ohio, passed away on November 12, 2024. He was 84 years old. His life was filled with fun and happiness with his wife, Myrna. He raised Jane (James) Keating, Andy, Max, Robin (Sean), and John. His grandchildren, Andrew, Brady, Hannah, Jordan, Griffin, Hope, Fiona, Henry, Amber and Chase, and great-grandchildren, Virginia and Olivia, loved spending time with him on the farm.
A visit to the farm meant fun with Grandpa (aka "Grandpa Tractor") including rides on the ranger and feeding chickens. Grandpa always had silly jokes and made you laugh until your stomach muscles ached.
Charlie and Myrna moved to Williamsburg as a young couple for Charlie's job. As a child, he enjoyed visiting his relative's farm in Pennsylvania and dreamed of owning a farm of his own someday. He made that dream a reality. While farming was one of his passions, his professional career spanned decades as an artist, architect and a pioneering designer in the packaging industry where he had his name on more than a dozen patents. He enjoyed playing guitar, building motorcycles, and watching boxing (and the Bengals and the Bearcats). He spent his retirement years farming and enjoying time with Myrna and, of course, his dogs, Bea and Lee.
