Loving mother of Cheryl (Mark) Westendorf, Kenny (Marlene Cahill) Kenneda, Steven (Kelsey Lukey) Kenneda, and Crystal (Kevin) Greene. Dear sister of Teddy Horsley, James (Sherri) Horsley and the late Mary Hutchinson, Vernice Williams, Shirley Bouchonnet, Jean Hughes and Alonzo Horsley Jr.. Cherished grandmother of Adam Phelps, Christopher Westendorf, Brittany (Brandon) Hacker, Brooke (Cameron Roberts) Kenneda M.D., Kenzee Hackworth, Kellen (Christy) Kenneda, Kylie Kenneda, Shayna N. and the late Owen Stockton III. Great-grandmother of Clayton, Colten, Deegan, Addilyn, and Hudson Hacker. Services will be held privately. Family request remembrances in Carol's memory to be given to Hospice of Cincinnati.
