Carlisle Lipps

Korean War Veteran, resident of Batavia, March 22, 2021, age 92. Devoted husband of 49 years to Janice T. Lipps (nee Stockmeier). Loving father of Steven C. (Glynda) Lipps, Jay Bowman, Jeff Bowman, Julie Ann Jordan, Jeanine Bowman and the late Michael Ray Lipps (1993). Brother of Marilyn (Dan) Fuggett and the late Marjorie Thompson. Also survived by grandson Arthur Jordan III, and numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Monday March 29, 2021 for a Visitation from 11AM until time of service 1PM at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 225 Spring Street, Batavia, OH. Interment Pierce Township Cemetery. Carl was a graduate of the Ohio Mechanics Institute and retired from Ford Motor Co. after 26yrs. Was also a member of UAW Local #863 and Solid Rock Church.
