Betty Joan McGee, 64, of Amelia, OH died at 12:20 AM, Monday, May 9, 2016 at her home. She was born October 15, 1951 in Williamsburg, Ohio, to John and Edna Ruggles. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Emery McGee Jr., two daughters, Angie Bishop of Clermont, New Jersey; Robin Fite and husband Phil of Hamersville, Ohio; seven grandchildren Nick Bishop, Zack Bishop, Jacob Bishop, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Jackson, and Isabella Fite. She was also sister of Sue (Charlie) Armstrong, Danny (Rosa) Ruggles, Faye (Art) Harbottle, Diane Turner, Bill Ruggles, Donnie Ruggles, and Sharon Ruggles. She also has many nieces and nephews. Please join us on Thursday, May 12th at 6-7 for a visitation followed directly by a memorial service at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 225 Spring Street, Batavia, OH 45103.
