Brother of Audrey Mahoney, late Jack Clephane, late George Clephane, late Rhoda Mae Wargo and late Wilbur Clephane. Grandfather of Dawn Clephane, Rachael (Josiah) O'Brien, Matthew Clephane, Shannon (Jeremy Adams) Haggerty, Shane (Kristin) Clephane, Tera (Kevin) Weisbrodt and Amy Hasty. Great-Grandfather of Jordan, Jarred, Joshua, Jacob and Savanna Haggerty, Brennan, Riley and Kaden Adams, Shayne Jr., Evan and Annabell Clephane, Kayla and Taitum Weisbrodt, Keegan, Jaedyn, Johnathon and Kira Hasty, Ariel O'Brien, and late Ian Scott Clephane. Great-Great Grandfather of Aliah Haggerty. Arthur served in the US Coast Guard during WWII. He traveled over the Equator twice. Visitation Saturday August 11, 9AM until 11 AM Service at All Saints Lutheran Church, 445 Craig Road, Mt. Carmel, Ohio. Memorials to his Church or Queen City Hospice. Casual attire is acceptable.
